Mido’s Multifort series has a rich history dating back to 1934, known for its robustness, shock resistance and anti-magnetism. While the term “military” is not a single continuous sub-series, Mido has produced a variety of limited editions and models inspired by its historical association with durability and its use by figures such as American pilots in World War II. The Bumper mechanism used in this product was first produced by Mido in 1935. This product was an average size for men’s watches at the time. The product has been fully serviced and the mechanism works very well. The production start date of this product is 1935.
